Prepare to fly

I feel I have been neglecting my blog for a long while now but life suddenly seems very busy, even when it's not.  Thankfully I can say despite this crappy weather that keeps changing from bright and warm to rainy and gloomy, I am in very good spirits.  My children are happy and healthy, the gym is one of my best friends, my home is the usual 'lived in' place in which I seek comfort from a long day and work is good.

So what's new for me?  I'm new.
I look in the mirror and see someone who is evolving like a butterfly, and it's not just my body I'm talking about (though I must say that's progressing nicely too)  but it's my overall mindset and the frequency of my energy.  Don't get me wrong I still have days when at 9am I'm laying in bed contemplating if I should just hide under the covers and pretend I'm sleeping leaving the kids to get on with it but once I'm up shit gets done (excuse my French).

I've promised myself that whatever I'm doing I have to enjoy it to the maximum.  We only have one life and we are not in control of when that ends so we have to make the most of it and fill it with laughter and as much positive energy as possible.  Those who follow my instagram will know that I probably take my fun to another level but with so much that could bring us down we have to enjoy the little things.

So as far as my little blog goes, I will be popping in whenever the mood takes me and hopefully, as I've been trying to keep fit, I will have some fitness updates to share with you soon x
